Privacy and KVKK Notice
A short, clear explanation of how we process your personal data.
Data controller
Under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the controller of your personal data is Go Talent (Istanbul, Türkiye). You can reach us at info@gotalent.com.tr.
What data we process, and why
When you fill in the contact form or write to us by e-mail, we receive your name, e-mail address, your phone number if you give one, and the information you share in your message. We use it only to reply to your request, prepare a service proposal where needed, and prevent misuse of the form. Please do not include special categories of data, such as health information, in your message.
Our legal grounds are taking steps related to entering into a contract at your request, our legitimate interests, and our legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç, f). For form security, an encoded value derived from your IP address is kept on the server for a short time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We may share it only with the providers that host our website and provide e-mail, as far as the service requires, and with competent authorities where the law requires. Because our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, your IP address may be sent to Google when you view a page.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for legal retention and limitation periods. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies and contains no analytics or advertising tools.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and for what purpose, to know the parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion, to object to the processing, and to claim compensation for damage. You can send your request to info@gotalent.com.tr; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
